Status Report www.dayz.com/blog/status-report-18-aug-15.58 is still being Stabilized... Loot distribution will be significantly different for those who have only played Stable. Also, as it's still in development, distribution of specific items will be high at first, and lowered down to about where they feel it should be. For some reason, in .59 Experimental, they want to have everybody spawn with 2-way radios. I hope that isn't the case for final.

Fridges can spawn items. Check them out. Tripwire - New Berezino (upper part). - Tisy updated. - Chernogorsk roads is broken now. - Wooden timbers and wooden piles is in. Supposedly no more piles and piles of spawning loot (particularly in military bases). Removing items from hand fixed. Oh man... No more swinging 2-handed weapons while sprinting?.... Why? Because it's overpowered verses guns (atm)?... Raincoats are now patchable with the sewing kit. Yay! More stuff is repairable with the leather sewing kit. No more masks with helmets Known issues:Door audio issues - making sounds when they can't be opened/closed. Cooked meat could potentially be sickening. Player desync still possible. Still chances of server crashes. lol False duplicate items have been fixed... and not fixed apparently. Gun sounds still buggy. Spread out your camps if you have 2+ tents to avoid item issues.

Status Report dayz.com/blog/status-report-15-sept-15Testing the limit of vehicle spawns and player count (hopefully up to 75 players) in Exp. Integration into the new engine is beginning. Not stuff we'll see. A Q&A from Saturday is listed, but not all that much new. So... Apparently something went bad in .58 and zombie count is down to only a couple... yet this isn't mentioned anywhere in the status report? Though I haven't played myself in quite a while still. And... this fire video for some reason cool heat waves and the chat isn't spamming him about his temperature

Zombies will hopefully be making a strong comeback in .59, but they're working on getting a smooth 75 player experience and it's actually looking good. Major .58 bugs and exploits are a priority for .59 Audio volume changes and different gun sounds Not shown is that apparently they're going to be changing the ambient sound in some way. I'm probably gonna miss it... I really like it and it's been there for so long (other than when it sounds like you can hear the ocean from pretty much anywhere ) I'm afraid that new ambient noise will significantly change the feel of the game. Actions and consumption being done by key holds In this case, eating rice gradually by holding down left-click. (They should probably change it to right-click so it matches Minecraft and punch with left click.) Oh wow... Cherno is being renovated. No, this won't change the requests for Friendlies in Cherno. Vehicle sync, dynamic events, memory consumption, and bugs need to be worked on for .59 Updated roadmap coming soon and they'll be at PAX Australia.
