Actually this is the Unreal Engine bundle.... and judging by how Moto Racer 4 (and many Unreal Engine games before) have been performing, I'm not so sure....

But the dull concrete halls of the simulation chamber these Tests are set in sap some of the playfulness that classic Burnout’s real-world setting provided. The notion of this kind of chaos happening in a real city added to Burnout’s absurdity. That charm is lost in Danger Zone’s boring gray basements.

Can't say I'm excited for a game that I didn't like as much as a previous game in the series. Also, I don't really want to give EA money, especially when this is considered a "remaster". But I'm guessing there will be online, knowing how stupidly long the old Paradise online lasted or has lasted. Was it even ever shut down?...
