I'm not sure if I posted a video on this, but a Tribes clone called Midair is already releasing F2P tomorrow. (Don't bother buying now for just a few hours of Early Access  )
I'm curious if it's actually reasonably decent for 1.0, because this was really quick. Reviews are mixed, some citing things that I was worried about.

Midair Update/Dev Blog www.playmidair.com/news/dev-log-23-1-0-1-9141-patch-notes-midairs-future/Sticky bomb launcher (though you have to hold the button to keep them from detonating apparently) and a prototype map overhaul. And, as expected, the devs already admit that the game has dropped off to an unsustainable amount of players, for the amount of devs, soon after/right after launch. Cutting down the active dev team significantly. Meaning slower development for.... whatever they can do.
