I just did my first playthrough of Endling from PS+ in 1 sitting.
I don't know if I want to spoil anything, but it's Shelter, the Badger game from 2013 + INSIDE. The ending goes exactly how you'd expect. Only 9% have actually gotten an ending. Wow. I wonder if (according to Trophies) if that's people who own it, downloaded it, launched it, or got at least 1 Trophy? who knows
I wanted to play it without using the map, but it's really not a good idea, and you really can't because it's a 2.5-D game in a 3D world. Events also change as time progresses, I think whether you actually witness them or not? I didn't actually read the map legend (even though it's really large) and they made enemy icons while playing orange, and Events on the minimap orange. Why? So you do want to go to the Orange icons on the map, not avoid them.
There's also a couple/few survival skills that you see everywhere, but the REALLY ridiculous thing is that there's only 1 instance of each of them that actually allows you to learn it. And I missed 2, maybe 3 or more. Somehow, and it looked like my map was pretty complete when the game surprisingly ended without expecting it to when it did. It may have been a specific day? 30 days? not entirely sure
It also doesn't do a good enough job at tutorialing. And the location for some button prompts to pop up can be too small.
Next time I'm gonna charge through the direct path it wants you to take and see how that goes. Won't be surprised if I have to play a third time (or more?) to get the trophies, but I don't know. I somehow only got a few of the 28 trophies.
I'm also wondering if the cutscene before the end is different depending on WHERE you are when it ends
It's weird, because they kinda strongly prompt you to progress by scaring you, and yet not progressing doesn't seem to be much more dangerous than doing so? I know it sounds like the common thing in video games, but it's a little weirder here.

Yeah, it's probably self-explanatory, but even though some food locations can respawn (a limited amount of times), most of them don't. Don't eat more than your fill. The thing is, I think it's still really hard to survive at multiple points without a pup starving. I still haven't, but I definitely recommend looking up specifically where you learn the Pup Skills, BECAUSE THE GAME DOESN'T TELL YOU! It's so annoying because there's so many instances of these Pup Skills, but you can only learn each one at 1 specific location each. Hell, the most common one is one of the hardest to find. It's also annoying that some of the "Events" are just distraction locations that are usually useless or actually harmful. The chicken farm is also awfully designed. You can nearly get yourself trapped there, and close yourself in because of a stupid location for a distraction. My second playthrough with all pups surviving jumped me up to 64% of the trophies out of the 28. and I STILL didn't even get all the pup skills.

Oh god, The other trophies are Ass. "Have your cubs eat every type of thing" "Don't feed your cubs trash" "Don't Kill Animals For Food"
And here's the requirements, Locations AND SPECIFIC MISSABLE TIMES you can find the Cub Skills. Some can only be found on 1 or 2 nights in singular locations

I kind of glossed over this in the Plus list. Can't tell if it'd be something I'd like or not!

I'm gonna have to play through the damned game like 4 more times because the last trophies conflict. I bet I won't even get them on the first attempts either, because it's hard not to starve even with getting all the cub skills. The game scares you from being out too late and forces you to eat if you go in early. Traveling paths redundantly wipes out the food sources on those paths. And the way the map becomes visible isn't by path, but by a circle around you, so you can't tell what paths you haven't taken all the time. The trophy for not eating animals is probably going to be horrible because they're the biggest food, usually. I think I'm going to have some cubs starve for it, if it lets me. But even that doesn't seem to make it easier to get all the way through. But I also still haven't even gotten the trophy for eating every type of food, somehow. Even with all the skills obtained.
This is going to be a pain. I think I'm going to have to look up best routes/methods for each of these. Because I bet I'll end up in situations where I end up so starved that I can't complete the game without ruining the trophy.

Got the Platinum, Done with this game.
I don't not recommend playing it. But it definitely has its issues.
