So, I guess 60Hz tickrate was never actually released (BF3/4/Hardline has been 30Hz, but now Battlefield CTE is testing 120Hz tickrate. Hopefully it will further improve hit registration.

With the Spring Patch, bullets now spawn from the gun barrel instead of your eyeballs. This means be careful when shooting over cover. That is why your bullets will hit the obstacle in front of you instead of shooting directly from the crosshair from the start.
