It was really dumb.... Somebody posted a really bad picture from a bad cell phone camera of a blue and black dress in really bad lighting and it exploded into this huge debate for a few days over whether or not it was blue and black or white and gold.

Though it's just showing vehicle sync progress, which is where they started out with JC2-MP.
Looks like I'm gonna have to get JC3.... but it's not ready yet. I hope Avalanche will put JC3 on sale when the MP launches. They tend to do that, but I can't say for sure. I'm gonna miss Panau though. I liked it a lot more. And JC3 feels like just a sequel... and not a great one at that.

I'm interested to see what he says. I just finished the main story and did a fair share of taking over bases etc. On the whole it's definitely underwhelming. JC2 was just better in every way imo.
JC3 just feels like a sequel. Even though JC2 was also very repetitive, it was a pretty huge change at the time. I also prefer the look and feel of Panau much more than anything I've seen in JC3.
I'm probably going to stop embedding Escapist/Zero Punctuation videos because the link always changes to another video that kind of autoplays, though I'll probably try to link the page.
Awesome thanks the links should work better! Agreed on your assessment of the game. But it also feels like there is less variety in the map, or at least the game doesn't take you to the variety it has. Plus I moss the factions.
They should have allowed you to command small groups of the rebels to attack bases in certain ways, or fly a chopper for you or whatever. They already have them fight, why not allow you to just tell them where to go and how to get there? Hopping in the one truck type is not enough.
I may get these expansions if on sale and reviews are food. I deleted the game to open up space on the hdd but I can reinstall, fun enough game but I was disappointed compared to expectations after 2.
I wonder if you can use that powered wings it and weapons etc in main game or just the dlc missions.
