Massive new update has been delayed to May 11th.

A lot more surface caves. A lot more caverns and ruins in non-surface caves. (How you efficiently find non-surface caves, I don't know. I still haven't tried yet.)

No more enemy NPCs on the surface, except for the Fiery Fungi.
Enemies re-balanced again, to better reflect it becoming harder the deeper you go into the ground.

More biomes.
Complete refresh of the Continents. All new, replacing the previous ones.
Continents can now have ocean go through the middle (looks more like ocean flowing through the middle rather than rivers) and can end up having little islands in the middle.

Not gonna lie.... reeeallly disappointed....

Finally and MMORPG with some actual interesting innovation (by one of the originals no less), and this happens...

Now it's back to Destiny/Ubisoft semi-mmo shooters I guess... At the scale of their worlds and player count in each area of the game, it's just not the same as an MMO...

You know, didn't they just announce a few weeks ago that they were moving most people from Landmark to EQN?...

I'm not sure yet, but it seems like Landmark might still actually be going forward... I guess. I'm not sure yet. I guess they'll continue to work on stuff off of that and consolidate instead of whatever stuff they were trying to launch semi-separately...

I mean they've added NPC enemies to Landmark. We'll just have to see if they continue further with it from there...

Surprising.... pretty much nobody... Landmark is shutting down on Feb 21st.

There's a FAQ with no info on this, but you know..... I do kinda feel like I should get my money back.

Planetside 2 is sitting around 3,000, very very slowly sinking naturally.

H1Z1: King of the Kill is managing to do stupidly well. Well... at least imo. 11K to 44K in 6 months.

H1Z1: Just Survive is finally starting to tick up a little bit too. I don't know if we still haven't gotten the new map or... have. (Damnit, I still miss the old lighting! Now its lighting is pretty much identical to Planetside's (current) lighting and is just so normal and boring for a zombie game. The mood of the original lighting was frickin great.)
