I can't 100% say if support answered the guy's question correctly, but it sounds like all of the Valentine items (new and returning old) will not become unavailable at the end of the event this year.

Most of the Christmas stuff (at least the cars? which weren't even Christmas themed anyways) are still available, but... I don't know if Christmas and Halloween masks are still available. I... don't think so, but I'm not sure. Don't think there's any Valentine's masks anyways.

Also, there's pretty much nothing new for Valentines this year.  Same car - new skin, same gun, and maybe some more clothes (along with the stuff from last year).

Really though... The fact that they still haven't fixed their lobbies/invite system after all these years makes it feel like they're just abusing my time as a completionist.
Considering leaving GTA V behind completely.
