Replacing my 1 and only whole damned Dualsense controller due to stick drift. It got frustrating enough that I tried to do surgery on it, but of course only made it worse. $70 fuckin bucks for another controller that probably has just as shitty joystick design, unless I order the Edge for $200 with replaceable sticks. (are they Hall Effect?) [No they're not]
Gee at least newer Dualsense controllers have better trigger resistance springs, but not better joysticks. Even the Dreamcast controller had a Hall Effect joystick and the controller was $30

Man, I have this new controller set to USB mode like my bad one and the input lag in Fortnite Rocket Racing is HUGE wtf It's even in Low Latency Mode in Fortnite, which I didn't even know existed

I think I'm getting it, I think I have to break it in. The face buttons are stiff and stick in a bit. I think it's somehow a similar situation with the joysticks. They're already starting to feel better. However I'm already fearing not having Hall Effect magnetic joysticks
(Also, Why the Hell can't we use Fortnite Jam Tracks in Rocket Racing? That gives me no reason to buy any)

I've tried using Spotify many times before, but I generally use Youtube Music.
I just began trying Spotify on the PS5 which I intend to use it over Fortnite Rocket Racing since for some reason you can't use Fortnite Jam Tracks in Rocket Racing and the Rocket Racing soundtrack is pretty lousy.
Of course obnoxious repetitive Spotify ads to annoy the hell out of you, but I'm sad that the maximum Spotify Music volume is so quiet relative to, or about the same as a game. You can make it loud, but you have to raise the PS5 master volume, which I had lowered to what I like for games through my headphones. Now I would have to raise the master volume only when I'm playing Fortnite Rocket Racing to have the Spotify Music loud enough, and lower the Master Volume back down to play any other game

Interesting. It'll probably change as I wear out the headphone jack, but the audio sounds clearer on the new controller.

That stinks about the stick drift. I've thankfully not had any issues with them. Only issues with dualshocks in the past was wearing out of the rubber on the sticks..
I don't ever listen to my own music when playing games, but I agree in general about Spotify ads being annoying haha but I'm too cheap to pay... but I rarely stream much anyways and still buy most music, only streaming as a "demo" to see if I want to buy.

Picked up both Grounded and Smallands. Decent pricing, hoping one of them clicks with my son.

I thought the specs of the PS5 Pro already leaked. I'm not so sure about this

Haven't played this one either
I don't think base PS+ has gotten a Sony PS game in ages. It got the first Horizon, which I still haven't played (did it get GoW?) but still no Spider-Man, OR Ghost
Apparently they built in a PS overlay into the PC version, probably for the multiplayer. Has crossplay. But you can see player PS profiles, including trophies
They claim Very Low 720p 30fps works with 8GB of VRAM. Forbidden West is not nice on that, (nor Ratchet) and I'm not sure that Zero Dawn was either.

Vita 2 is unlikely. If anything could they just release a Portal with a cellular connection? That way you wouldn't require wifi to play on the go? And 2028 to play PS4 and maybe PS5. Seems silly. Portal is great because your current games are immediately compatible, no ports needed, no waiting or hoping for a release. It's all there. My son spent a few days in the hospital this weekend and the Portal using my phone's cellular hotspot worked pretty damn great during the downtimes we had sitting around the hospital room. But luckily my iphone let's me do that, it looks like my Android only wants to hotspot passthrough whatever wifi signal I have.

I don't know why it didn't get into my head... I should have bought new sticks and swap the sensors I failed at cleaning and don't have to do any soldering? Is that how that works?
Maybe I'll do that someday. But I probably won't before I'd actually like to use a 2nd controller, because I'm an idiot.
