Announced some months back before E3 (I think) this looked a bit weird at first. The assets definitely came from Milestone who developed the first four games in this series, but Big Ben Interactive who published the last one put Kylotonn Games into the hotseat for this. This was mostly it is felt due to Milestone being busy with another rally title, namely centred around the career of Sébastien Loeb.
Like I say, it looked a bit weird and people were understandably a tad wary due to the developer not really having much (read: any) rally gaming background experience.
Over the past few weeks though, more refined footage and clips have surfaced and opinions started to slowly shift. Many stayed sceptical until the Team VVV footage this week from the Rally Deutschland event.
Anyway, without further ado, here's Alan Boiston with some patter and gameplay from that event to show you what this game is really going to look like...
