Because of the way I play, I have everything (available) maxed out before I finish Jeet's territory... 
The storms are visually great. Damned long though....
At the start, when really getting into the Mad Max mood, I really wish I had left my personal upgrades low... for an actual survival feeling. Then again, even I wouldn't have had the patience for that by this point... A part of me wanted it to be like, your car gets destroyed, you have to find another enemy driving around to take his to get going again. That and I could have kept have not upgraded my water perk... Damnit. But again... I'd eventually lose the patience for that. And you thought the game takes a long time to 100% originally...
