Payday 2 (now base edition) is currently free on Steam for up to 5 million copies (or a limited time?). At the moment, DLC is not available for purchase, but actually they're releasing the Ultimate Edition soon for $45 or a smaller upgrade fee, which includes all current DLC (except for the H3h3 fundraiser DLC and the 1 time only Completely Overkill DLC) and all future DLC will be free to everyone. To confirm, even the base edition can get all future DLC free. Though, "Previously we announced that we were going to stop at the end of 2017. But now we’ve extended development until October 2018."

Not sure if this is only specific TV models, but the Samsung Smart TV app store now has the Steam app along with being able to stream directly to it from your PC, which is pretty sweet. Meh, too bad ours is pre-smart TV... as uneasy as it makes me to want one.  |
