The problem with the ant-cheat itself is if it causes performance issues

Even with people already dissing on the new WRC, it got an anti-cheat update and can't work on Linux / Steam Deck

The new EA WRC game (with former DiRT Rally devs) has added 24 to its name. People are of course still complaining because the added anti-cheat has pretty much broken it / its performance on PC. Also that its VR is awful and glitchy
