Not me. I'm not watching videos of it. Haven't really seen riding horse and buggies yet either. I'm getting pissy with Ubisoft, particularly for AC, and yet I'm still into too many series from them. And because of that, the longer Watch Dogs 2 takes to come out, the better. I'm going to keep (often painfully) chipping away at completing Unity and will not buy another AC until that happens... or more likely when I reach a point where it might become impossible when they take the servers down. Or, it might already be impossible because of the things that changed because they didn't end up working.
And screw yearly games (or multiple games per for for that matter).

Yeah I agree with all that and I had been holding out. Tbh I'm not sure what put me over the edge. I like the look of the female protagonist but not the brother so much. I'm excited that Austin Wintory is doing the ost..he did Journey and I heard a couple samples on amazon..sounds good.
Comes down to I'm almost done with the story of mad max but I'll still play it when I work out in the morning. Still enjoying it. But just got excited about new stuff.
Well all combat in games becomes somewhat repetitive. I think the combat is a bit more varied and fun so far than mad max, but quite similar too. The finishing animations with Evie are quite brutal and fun to watch, especially a few contextual ones near crates, or ledges etc.
I got myself into a Charles Dickens mission that was apparently meant for a higher level character than I have for Evie so far. It made the counters really hard but it seemed just too fast I couldn't hit circle in time, not sure how that would change if I was a higher level. Lots of death...finally made it through though the ending was super unsatisfying. Killed the culprit but got no answers to the mystery. Maybe the thread picks up next time I talk to Dickens.
Also did a higher level Templar hunt which was hard but I prevailed easier by being better at sneaking and stealth kills..that was fun.
I'm going to high tail it to some easier missions or do a story one next.
Evie is pretty awesome, quickly becoming one of my favorite assassins.
Oh man, they didn't level combat like they did with lockpicking in Unity did they? Where it gets slower simply because you leveled up?... It was one thing for lockpicking, even though it was a stupid minigame, but for combat?... wow....
Can Evie really go invisible? Honestly, I think that's gone too far. I hope it doesn't force you to use it, which I guess I doubt it does. You can go invisible in Styx as well, but I've purposely never used it. Had some questionable areas, but luckily managed to use other abilities to get around it.
(Also, I'm disappointed that Styx doesn't reward you for killing everyone on a level, even though they're so dislikable, and only rewards you for getting by the level without alerting the guards, under time, and grabbing all the coins. Also, there's 1 type of guard that I thought was unkillable unless he's standing near a ledge or there's a chandelier above him. I thought some of that type of guard would always be unkillable. Turns out, even though neither you nor your clones can kill him (clones can't kill anyone normally)... setting a trap in a hiding spot with a clone allows the clone to grab and supposedly kill this armored guard... It's a skill that you can't get until pretty far in the game, but I had it for quite a while and just assumed that a clone trap wouldn't work on the heavily armored guard because I can't kill him at all myself even with my knife. So I went a long time before realizing I had a new way to kill him. And yet you aren't rewarded for it... other than getting your first trap kill trophy.)

I didn't get too far through China. It wasn't bad... too bad these aren't on the Vuta, they'd be perfect for it and I'd have found some time on it, but hard to pick a game like these for me on ps4 when other big games are so plentiful.
