So PC is getting a press conference this year. Powered by PC Gamer, but also by AMD (sadly I guess).
Even though Intel is still far ahead and has been for a long time, they never seem to do advertising related to gaming...
In other PC news, Devs can now ban players on Steam. We'll see how that goes...

Not E3 related (yet), but Watch Dogs 2 was spotted on somebody's profile on LinkedIn.
Surprise!..... right?...

The Nintendo World Championships was a pretty good event. Well done. Pretty dang fun to watch. (The head start in the final head to head event felt kinda lame... but... sadly he wasn't gonna win anyways.)
and of course the Reggie rivalry battle was pointless Up next, Bethesda.

Well Bethesda had 3 sequels and their TF2 competitor, but almost no surprises. (However, I have to say that I am relieved that there was no new Elder Scrolls announced.) We knew Dishonored 2 was coming (because duh (and the leak yesterday of course)), but everything was revealed before the event. I can't say that I'm a Fallout fan, and current Doom isn't my thing, so nothing for me here. Oh, and to no surprise... Bethesda announced their Elder Scrolls Heathstone competitor (with no footage). Also Bethesda.net because Battle.net, Arena.net, etc exist. Gonna be kinda sucky if they stop selling on Steam, but I don't think that will actually happen because they've grown too close to steam with the Workshop (even with the reversal of paid mods). But they said it'll be the hub of their DOOM level creator, so... Things are just in the middle now I guess. (Though... really I'm sure you'll have to launch through their own Bethesda.net launcher even with Steam. ) I'm ready to head to the theater Playstation event tomorrow night (I think...). Of course my mind brought up "lol Since I'm there, should I go see Mad Max, or will be sitting in a movie theater for 5-6 hours be no fun" I do want to see Mad Max while it's in theaters, but my excuses for going to do so keep falling away. Battlefront is of course showing gameplay tomorrow. Then there's Ubisoft.... (Watch Dogs 2? ) God, I'm kind of excited to be there if a Crash soundbite gets played at the end of the Sony event. If that doesn't happen, then Crash is dead. (Except.... maaaybe at PS Experience this year (if there is one?) but this is about when I'd lose hope. PS1 US 20th anniversary is this year, though 21st for JP. However... Crash's 20th isn't until next year ). I'm just hoping the audio feed is good for this thing. I went to the Live show of Monty Python's final act and the audio was way too quiet. 2 different events, so of course that doesn't really mean anything concrete. Hmm... I didn't realize WiLD (by Michel Ancel's (BG&E) new studio) was a Playstation exclusive... Of course I want to see stuff on that. I wonder if they're at the point of showing anything yet. I can't find anything on social media on them. Website has been the same pretty much since the reveal last August. Hello Games hasn't said anything since last week and Sean Murray has been quiet since last month.... Oh yeah, and then there's MEDIA MOLECULE!.... And of course they're still saying that they're working on Last Guardian... so that's still floating around there... maybe.

Holy crap, MS announced backwards compatibility with 360 games, a list of 100 plus more to come. Pretty huge I thunk. Plus they're using that as a nice 3xtra say for the rainbow 6 seige game, on Xbox it'll come with Vegas 1 and 2 for 360 but playable on Xbox one. Nicely played, wow.

Yeah... well that's because they didn't go making their own crazy architecture last generation... . Way to go Sony.... Did I just hear that they announced mods?
